Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using the OnLive Traveler website, accounts and browser worlds. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Contact support@onlivetraveler.com with questions about your account, these terms or content on the service.
Your Account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell Support if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your permissions or evade account restrictions.
Sharing a World
Treat other travelers respectfully. Do not threaten, harass, exploit or expose someone’s private information. Do not distribute unlawful content, spam or malicious software, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or bypass moderation controls. Follow the additional rules of communities you visit.
Respect people’s privacy and their rights in conversations and creations. Obtain any permission required before recording or sharing another person’s voice, messages or content. Do not assume that a world or private message prevents recipients from saving or sharing what they receive.
Your Contributions
Only submit content that you have the right to share. You retain the rights you hold in your contributions. By submitting a profile, message or other content, you permit its storage, processing, display and transmission as needed to provide the feature you use and administer the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your work.
Other people’s avatars, artwork, worlds, names and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Their availability here does not grant permission to reuse them elsewhere. Contact Support with a rights concern and enough detail to identify the material and your concern.
Moderation and Access
Authorized staff may review reports and relevant service records, monitor live rooms, remove content or restrict access to address misconduct, security concerns or violations of these rules. Community permissions and platform controls determine who can take these actions. Contact Support if you believe an action was mistaken.
Worlds and External Services
World portals and links may open independently operated websites or communities. Their rules and information practices may differ. Optional services, including Google sign-in, are also subject to their providers’ terms. We cannot control content or conduct on independently operated services.
Availability and Changes
Traveler continues to develop. Features and worlds may change, and interruptions or errors can occur. Availability, uninterrupted access and preservation of every contribution are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of creations you need to preserve. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Leaving and Information Requests
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact Support for help with account closure or information requests. Removing content from the active service may not remove recipients’ copies, emails, backups or records retained separately. The Privacy Policy explains the current handling of these records.
Updates and Contact
Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated effective date. These terms do not claim that earlier activity accepted newly published provisions. For questions, reports or assistance, email support@onlivetraveler.com.
