Account Information
OnLive Traveler stores your email address, account identifier, avatar name, avatar selection and colors, biography, favorites, and saved settings to provide your account and virtual-world experience. Password accounts store a password hash rather than a readable password.
Sign In With Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides identity information, including an account identifier and verified email address. We use that information to create or authenticate your Traveler account, or to link Google to your existing account when you request it in Settings. This integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files. Google's sign-in service operates under Google's own privacy policy.
Worlds and Other People
Your avatar name, appearance, position, and activity are shared with people in the same world. Voice and chat are communicated to other participants when you use those features. Do not share information in a world that you do not want other participants to receive.
Room Chat Moderation
Messages sent to Everyone Here are logged for 30 days and can be reviewed by authorized moderators within their server-group scope and network administrators. Private messages are not included in that log. Administrators can join rooms as visible participants to listen using the normal voice feature. Operational backups may retain older data until those backups expire.
Operation and Moderation
We use session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect requests. Server operation may produce connection logs, including IP addresses and request information. Authorized administrators have access to account information appropriate to their roles. Moderation actions and account restrictions are recorded to operate the service and enforce access rules. Saved account information and operational backups remain on the service's infrastructure until removed through administration.
Your Choices and Contact
You can update your profile and preferences in Settings and My Profile. To request account deletion, help with your information, or removal of a Google account link, contact support@onlivetraveler.com. Identity confirmation may be needed before an account request can be completed.
